Because every arrangement is custom-made with fresh flowers, I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your order is completed.

However, your satisfaction matters to me! If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can address your concerns and work toward a resolution. I may be able to offer an adjustment, replacement, or other accommodation depending on the situation.

Floral arrangement deliveries are available on a weekly or every other week basis. Subscriptions require a two-month commitment and will be billed according to your delivery frequency (weekly or biweekly). If you would like to recycle your vase from your last arrangement, please leave it in your delivery spot for 10% off.
